I believe that my diary is a perfect way to develop and remember my goals!

DANCER

Yesterday I took my boyfriend with me to Zita, a small movie theater in Stockholm showing short films, documentaries and feature films from all over the world, primarily within art, culture and politics.
I think it was in November last year when I saw a movie poster of a documentary about the ballet dancer Sergei Polunin, also known as "the bad boy of ballet". I found out that it wouldn't come to the Swedish cinemas until April 2017 – and by now I had almost forgotten about it...
Then an old colleague of mine (who knows that I LOVE ballet) asked me if I've seen it and mentioned that it would run at Zita for about another week! I practically ran to the computer to book tickets!

So, yesterday we saw it! It was beautiful and touching and if you have ever tried out ballet (or dancing of some kind) you will adore this story... The devotion, patience, hard work and love that's behind all the years of Sergei's training was amazing to see.

If you don't have the opportunity to visit Zita, at least you have YouTube.
Take 4 minutes and enjoy what almost 20 million people has already seen: Sergei's "Take Me To Church". Directed by David LaChapelle and choreography by Jade Hale-Christof.

Enjoy!
