BEHIND THE SCENES (Editorial Design)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

In 2017 we had the course "Editorial Design" where we made our own magazines.

Based on one of my favorite interests and nerdy devotions I chose to make a magazine about movies - - but with the film production in focus instead of the movie itself. (I felt this is a subject that has not been done properly before, in difference from fashion which was my other option.)
I call the magazine "Behind the Scenes" and it's a celebration and tribute to the film industry and the people behind the movie productions of todays great pictures. I spent loads of time researching bts-material from movies I have at home, reading IMDB and fan-sites, scanning through youtube and through google for juicy trivia.

The magazine includes five of my favorite directors (Quentin Tarantino, James Cameron, Baz Luhrmann, Damien Chazelle and Ang Lee) and some of their (according to me) best work.

Hope you like it!
